1. About Us

Radleys Rubbish Removals provides rubbish removal, waste collection, deceased estate clean-ups, household clean-outs, commercial waste removal, garden waste removal, and related services throughout Australia.

By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on information supplied by the customer.
• Prices may change if the volume, weight, type of waste, access conditions, labour requirements, or disposal costs differ from those originally disclosed.
• Any significant changes will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds where reasonably possible.
• Quotes are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, previous jobs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure reasonable access to the collection location.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information regarding the waste to be removed.
• Ensure all items intended for removal are clearly identified.
• Ensure safe and legal access to the property.
• Inform us of any hazards before work begins.
• Obtain any necessary approvals, permits, or permissions.

5. Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse collection of:

• Asbestos
• Hazardous chemicals
• Medical or biological waste
• Explosives
• Radioactive materials
• Gas bottles containing gas
• Illegal substances
• Any item prohibited by law

Additional fees may apply where specialised disposal methods are required.

6. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer, and approved payment methods.
• Deposits may be required for larger jobs.
• Unpaid invoices may incur recovery costs and interest where permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Residential Customers

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking incur no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• If our team has already been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply.

Commercial Customers

Commercial bookings cancelled after scheduling may incur reasonable administration and labour costs already committed to the booking.

8. Same-Day Service Disclaimer

Where same-day service is advertised:

• Same-day collection is subject to vehicle availability, staffing, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
• We do not guarantee same-day attendance in every circumstance.
• Service times are estimates only.

9. Commercial Waste Services

Commercial customers acknowledge that:

• Waste must be lawfully owned and authorised for disposal.
• Accurate information regarding waste types and quantities must be provided.
• Additional disposal fees may apply where regulated waste is identified.
• Long-term service agreements may be subject to separate written contracts.

10. Property Damage and Liability

We take reasonable care when carrying out our services.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Existing property defects may not be visible before work begins.
• Moving heavy items can sometimes expose pre-existing damage.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from unsafe access, hidden defects, overloaded structures, or customer instructions.
  Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian State or Territory in which the services are provided.
